Warranty

Craft Wales Limited offers a five year warranty on all structural timber at ground level on outdoor classrooms, lean to shelters and play equipment. The warranty does not include items such as landscaping work and planters which due to their nature remain wet. To increase the life of your timber products it is essential that they are maintained and oiled on a yearly basis.

Craft Wales is able to extend the warranty on Classrooms, Lean to shelters and play equipment at ground level when a Maintainence plan is taken out with Craft Wales. This entails Craft Wales checking the products for any issues, rough edges etc and oiling on a yearly basis. On year five a coat of anti fungal treatment is used to help prevent rot and aid longevity.
